PLANNING
As your strategic planner and implementer, we will set yearly and quarterly goals. As the keeper of the goals, I will create the plan that will ensure the main thing stays the main thing.
PEOPLE
With retainer services, you get someone who is completely familiar with and invested in the success of your business, and a big part of keeping a business healthy is maintaining a strong and capable team. Through hiring, training, and firing when needed, I will manage the whole team, so you don’t have to.
PROGRESS
Knowing you numbers makes decision making and risk taking much easier. By setting up and regularly analyzing metrics, I can be your strategic partner and decision maker.
PROCESS
Processes are the difference between a business that can handle the ups and downs of people coming and going, the CEO going on vacation, or a quick change to a planned launch. After auditing your business fully, I will create a plan for getting all processes documented and updated regularly.

PROJECT STRATEGY
After a business audit and strategy call, I will listen to you discuss the project, your business, and your goals. I’ll provide suggestions, and develop a plan of attack.
TEAM MANAGEMENT
I will meet with and check in with members of your team to ensure availability and competence. I will make team recommendations and hire specialists for you as needed.
Note: You can also hire my team to complete the project if personnel is available.
PROJECT PLAN
I will create a plan including who will be doing each piece, what they will be doing, and when it will be completed.
After approval, the plan will be uploaded to your project management system and managed from there.
ONGOING SUPPORT
Upon completion of the project, your project will include a small 2-month retainer, so you can ask me questions, I can train team members, or clean up process to make sure the new project is fully implemented correctly.

The project managementprice will include 3 months of retainer services after the completion of the project to ensure the project is fully complete and functioning correctly.

ONGOING TEAM MANAGEMENT
I will check in with team members and make sure projects are being completed on time and team members are being utilized in a way that encourages them to work within their strengths.
CONTRACT MANAGMENT
I will read and revisit contractor agreements (both past and current) to make sure contractors are being treated fairly and contracts are being followed by both the business and the team member.
TEAM SCOPE ASSESSMENTS
With the goal of creating a lean and mighty team, I will check in with current team members to make sure we are utilizing all of their skills and talents effectively.
I will also assess and train on skills if needed. If needed, I will find courses for team members to take that will help them advance their skills and make them more useful within the company’s goals.
HIRING/ONBOARDING
I will handle all team development from hiring and firing to onboarding and layoffs (if needed).

2-HOUR BUSINESS AUDIT
Your VIP Day will begin with a full business audit, so that both you and I will know how the business currently stands and can speak openly about where the business is and what the goal is moving forward.
2-HOUR STRATEGIC BRAINSTORMING
The next part of your VIP day is to go through all the things you’ve been thinking about. We will sort and prioritize these ideas. In addition to providing my own insights and perspectives, I will also help you sort through all these items to highlight the most important priorities you need to focus on over the next 90-days.
PACKAGE THE PLAN
After discussing and deciding on priorities, I will package up everything we discussed and decided on into a manageable document that you can share with your team and refer back to as needed.
In addition to the plan, I will also provide your next steps to implementing the plan.
BI-WEEKLY STRATEGY CHATS
After our VIP Strategy Session, we will schedule a call every two weeks for the next two months (4 calls in total) to keep you accountable for implementing the strategy.
