I will use my training as a Certified OBM in the International Association of Online Business Managers to audit your business and look at your business income through the lens of Profit First philosophy and teaching.
I will work with you to set yearly and quarterly goals/plans for your business with specific steps we will take to meet business goals.
Then, I’ll begin to shift more fully into a managing partner role in your business freeing you up to either step fully into the role of CEO or to step away from the business completely to pursue your interests, hobbies, or next business idea.
About Shelley Leiser
Semi-Professional Bio – Because Why Not?!
Shelley Leiser is a Certified OBM with the International Association of Online Business Managers and the founder and owner of Teacher VA, LLC.
After attending college and becoming an ELA teacher and theatre director, Shelley realized that her mind doesn’t work like everyone else’s.
Where other people fret over perfection and following a set path, her’s lit up in the moments of innovation and strategy.
Where other people want organization and structure, she just needs a space to create.
In 2019, a few years after publishing her first play, Shelley decided to pursue online business as a means of finding more flexibility and freedom in her schedule.
What she found was an ever-changing space where ideas are queen, and like in chess, the queen has full reign over where that idea can go!
Now, Shelley can play the online business game as well as anyone else.
Shelley’s vast knowledge of the online space, as well as her background in teaching and theatre, gives her a unique ability to step into a business owner’s shoes with very little direction – whether that is hiring, managing, and organizing the team, or stepping in to run coaching calls or Q&A sessions.
Among other things, Shelley has been busy learning and implementing new skills over the last four years within several online businesses.
